Villas - To the Oct. 15 senior citizens who must have the pool in Lower Township, and think that swimming in a pool once or twice a week is the best way to spend the hard-working taxpayers' money who will never use it. Starting a drug abuse program, alcohol program and parenting program would do much more to improve the township population as a whole.
