One only has to look to Benghazi, ObamaCare, and the IRS scandal where nobody is being held accountable for the influencing factors that brought us to the "no consequence" culture; i.e., Hillary taking full responsibility, but remaining in her position, and being promoted to be our next commander-in-chief.
