Villas - My wife was shopping at a store in Rio Grande Dec. 15. I thought the help desk you go to for help, returns, questions was for that, and the person working that counter was supposed to be nice and respectful to customers, not to be mean and harsh, and to yell at the customer, when the female customer was nice, and needed help. If they hate dealing with customers that bad, then they should pick another job within the store where they don't have to deal with the paying customers.
