Villas - My 13-year-old Greyhound had to go out at 1 a.m. Dec. 14 and I have a gated yard, so I let him out and then waited for him to bark. He somehow got out and was running around the streets in the cold with his bad, back legs. As I drove around to find him, there were two police cars who were following a report of a dog running lose. A good Samaritan and his nephew picked up my dog, blocks from my home, took him to theirs and called police. Thanks to them, my dog is now home safe.
