Villas - LEAVE YOUR PORCH LIGHTS ON! If everyone on every street would light up their street by leaving their front and back lights on, it might deter prowlers. I recently read of a person who caught would-be thieves trying to steal their fire pit. The amount of electric that a porch light would use is significantly less than all the electronic gadgets in many of today's homes, so leave those outside lights on. It is amazing to me that on a street of about 30 homes, less than half that amount leave their outdoor lights on at night.
