Villas - Since the Kmart building is possibly going to be repurposed, perhaps other empty buildings could be repurposed. It is sad to see so many empty buildings. Maybe one could be an indoor community center, with a basketball court to keep the kids off the streets. Perhaps with ping-pong tables, and an area with tables for doing homework. Rio Grande is lacking a safe place for kids to run around, play and socialize with friends.
