Just wondering why the LTPD does nothing about kids riding wheel

Villas - Just wondering why the LTPD does nothing about kids riding wheelies on bicycles in the middle of Bayshore Rd. All they seem to do is park at fire hall 3 or more and talk. Or the park on Fullingmill and play on their phones. Police should not be allowed to take their phone while on duty. They have CB radios and a computer.
