Villas - Just because you cannot vote in your town as a second home owner, does not mean you do not have any say in what goes on by the Mayor. Speak up at the council meetings, also if someone needs a variance you do have a say, if you are in 200 ft. I found most people do not want to take the time to do anything about what goes on where you own a home.
