Villas - It's pretty obvious and sneaky when someone knows that they are not as qualified for a job as you, but still try everything in their power to undercut you so you don't get the job. They will set you up, tell lies about you, turn people against you hoping someone will believe them. They will make you suffer, hoping you will quit. If you don't have the skill set for a job offered and just moved up the ladder because of time in the company, you don't get to choose what someone deserves. I'm not looking to make friends, I'm looking to get paid for my skills I worked hard for so I can have a life.
