It's bad enough that Villas is the red-headed stepchild of Lower

Villas - It's bad enough that Villas is the red-headed stepchild of Lower Township, but I was working over at Shore Drive in North Cape May Dec. 11, and what did I see but a Lower Township Public Works street sweeper cleaning Shore Drive. I have not seen a street sweeper on the back streets of Villas in years, and most of the people live there year round, not unlike Shore Drive which is mostly summer people. Why is this happening to Villas people?
