It's amazing the amount of street lights out on the corners in V

Villas - It's amazing the amount of street lights out on the corners in Villas. I have never seen it so bad. Also, the amount of intersections in Villas that are blocked by cars, overgrown bushes, trees hanging over. Doesn't anyone who lives in these areas ever complain or report this stuff? Does anyone care about their areas anymore like I do?
