Villas - It is time for a county wide police force. Local agencies can easily be assimilated by the Sheriffs Office. No Ones loses a job. Many more police officers on the streets. Less small town politics and less petty lawsuits. One administration , ranking officers supervising patrol officers, instead of behind desks in all these small towns. California has CHP, our county will create a county wide police force that many states will emulate. This will be much cheaper to run. It will save millions in property taxes. Taxes are going up. Time to cut.
