Villas - It is great to see the first phase of a long overdue crackdown on ATV and dirt bike riders who have taken over the streets in parts of Lower Township. The Herald has now published a major advisory article intending to familiarize all ATV fans with the laws before zero tolerance enforcement follows next. I live in one of these areas in Villas, and I will continue to call in complaints, and I expect officers to respond and do their jobs as promised to make arrests, confiscate vehicles, and prosecute offenders. It is sad that lawmakers do not require license plates on ATVs to help the cops.
