I'm sick and tired of there not being a curfew law for juveniles

Villas - I'm sick and tired of there not being a curfew law for juveniles in Lower Township, mainly Villas. Juveniles are running the streets of Villas until the early morning, destroying property and trashing everything. Lower Twp. police are running to call after call with this juvenile problem. Why doesn't the town get the curfew back? I'm tired of being awoken every night, and finding problems in my neighborhood.
