I am seeing alot of my friends, mostly second and third generation CM county residents, eventually get lured/pushed out of homes that most have lived in their whole lives. Giant second homes built for visitors who have absolutely no stake in what happens here the other 7-9 mos out of the year. Taxes too much for second homes? Taxes too MUCH for our senior residents who are getting re-assessed for homes that have been paid off, all because their modest homes are suddenly surrounded by these ostentatious dwellings. Gluttony is a sin.
