I'm beginning to think that there is no saving the teens in Vill

Villas - I'm beginning to think that there is no saving the teens in Villas. The drugs are taking over our neighborhood. Some kids are getting their drugs from their own homes. There are parents who just let their kids run wild all hours of the night, some of which appear to sleep at drug dealer's homes, and the parents don't seem to care. It's not hard to recognize these drug hangouts, nor is it hard to recognize the kids that are the victims of parents who couldn't care less about their kids. I would be surprised if these parents could pass a drug test. Some of these kids would sell drugs to get something to eat.
