Villas - Illegal means not legal. Why do so many people stumble over that word? If you leave your house without ID, which is documentation of a fact (i.e., that you are legally qualified to drive a motor vehicle), then and only then would you be an "Undocumented" person. Don't believe it? Try telling a police officer that you don't have your license with you. You will most likely get a ticket because you did not have your documentation with you. If you do not have a license, you would then be driving illegally and would, in fact, be "undocumented." Sound silly? Words do matter.
