Villas - If you want to make a difference in Cape May County, you need to get involved. When two neighbor boys told my son they were being abused, I called DCF to try and help the kids. I don't know if what they said was true, but I took action! I couldn't sit back and do nothing. We all need to speak up about abuse and drug use because they seem to go hand in hand!
