Villas - If you enjoy having payments for your utility bills, etc., taken out of your bank account, you need to make sure you document the dates (and times) that the payments were deducted from your account, just as you would if you were paying by check. Don't depend entirely on auto debiting. I am "old school." I prefer writing a check. You decide (for the most part) when a company gets paid and you have a record. If you have a problem, your bank will provide you with a photo of any check in question, both front and back. It's a much better system. Don't cave to the god of instant convenience.
