Villas - If you choose to have pets, please do not leave them outside in this terribly hot weather with no water. I have witnessed dogs outside on my way home from work, waited for a few minutes and then went to see. I called animal control and no one answered. This has happened a few times. It's simple, if you don't want to be left out, don't leave dogs out either.
