Villas - If a full-time person takes 10 days for a family emergency, please don't leave without first tying up your lose ends. Call people back first. Keeping people waiting for an answer is not right. Also, other people need to report to their bosses about time off that is needed. Yes, we understand people have lives, but someone's direct negligence to their job is wrong. I'm getting tired of being told I have to wait when I have been more than patient. Stop giving people the runaround.
