Villas - I went on a morning power walk on the North Wildwood seawall July 2. What a mistake that was. Even that early in the morning, there were so many loose dogs, with the owners there, and bikes trying to move around all the people. This is every day now. I always give up, and end up walking on the street. Please, someone tell North Wildwood Police. They don't seem to be enforcing these bikes and loose dogs.
