Villas - I was so upset Tuesday during the storm when we had some big tree limbs fall on our fence laying half in the roadway.As my wife and I struggled with the big limbs a Lower Township Public Works white pickup truck with a man we see all the time just driving around,the Villas area.Looked at us and didn't even ask if he could help us.What a disgrace,it's not bad enough we always end up having to pay someone to take our leaves or tree branches away because they never pick them up,this is worse.
