Villas - I was coming out of the Villas and an elderly man turned in front of me with his left turn blinker on. We drove all the way through the Villas, past the MUA, all while were doing 30mph, he made a right at the pot shop and I'm still behind him, head to North Cape May. While we stop at the traffic light at Walgreens, flashed my lights and try to get his attention, blinker still flashing left, he finally made a left at the ACME turn, where I actually had to go also.
