I think the year-round rental situation, specifically in Lower T

Villas - I think the year-round rental situation, specifically in Lower Township, is ridiculous. There are no decent-sized homes available year-round. All rental properties that are three-plus bedrooms are priced and rented as vacation homes. It wouldn't be so terrible if most of the landlords of these properties didn't do this. It seems to be that individuals from out of state buy up the houses strictly to make summer profits which leave struggling locals in the district either without sufficient housing or forced to leave. There's no resort without the locals to run it.
