Villas - I think all electric powered bikes, etc. should be banned from all boardwalks! They are putting all people walking in jeopardy especially children with the speed they can go! It’s amazing I watched 2 kids on an electric scooter, I really can’t believe that they don’t get hit by a car there is not control of this scooter. Just like everything people abuse things what they were intended for, then wonder why accidents happen!
