Villas - I talked to my neighbor in Villas about her dog's non-stop barking, and her reason was because she's afraid of the some of the neighbors, so she lets the dog bark as a message. What? So I responded, "so what about the other neighbors?" She said they have to deal with it. What have our Villas turned into?
