I take great exception to the use of the term "Human Resources."

Villas - I take great exception to the use of the term "Human Resources." When "Personnel" became "Human Resources," people were no longer unique beings created by God, with individual personalities, gifts, and talents with which to contribute to society. People were reduced to "things;" commodities to use, abuse and discard at will. After all, there were "more where those came from." Darwinism has robbed people of their humanity and their dignity. Let's go back to "Personnel."
