Villas - I see how, down here at the shore, the direction that one parks a vehicle doesn't mean much, given the negligible amount of traffic on most streets. The busy ones are another story, and should be dealt with accordingly. Another violation which should be dealt with is parking ones vehicle within 25 feet of an intersection. Other drivers need that line-of-sight to safely enter the intersection! As a cop, I once wrote a summons for that violation (39:4-138) because the illegally parked vehicle was a contributing factor in an accident. I included that in my report (which insurance cos. see too!).
