Villas - I saw a spout about having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a construction permit in Lower Twp. I've had the same issue and have called only to be told that the person that handles them was "on vacation." When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to a voicemail and my phone call never got returned, not once, not twice but three times! What is up with that? Why even pay my taxes when the person I am paying isn't even doing their job?
