Villas - I recently accompanied my friend to visit a resident of the Sandman Bldg in Wildwood a couple times. Once we cleared security entrance, my friend hit the elevator button and was told by a man sitting by the inner door that it was out of order. We were then told its was twice this month and the 2nd elevator has been out since last year. THIS IS A TEN STORY BLDG! I have met several residents, some wheelchair bound. THIS IS A DISGRACE! These are people in our community & I cannot in good conscience keep quiet. Friend of Wildwood.
