Villas - I live on the further end of Villas, by Del Haven. The amount of dogs outside barking and nearly jumping the fence is getting ridiculous. My mom and I almost had a dog completely clear the fence and come at us. Don't get me started on the cats. They are everywhere. I'm waiting for one to pounce on us. Now, don't get me wrong, I love animals and have my own, but people really need to consider that if their animal attacks someone walking by, there is going to be some major problems.
