I find it comical that township/district jobs will hire relative

Villas - I find it comical that township/district jobs will hire relatives over a person who is actually qualified. They will hire someone's son, daughter, niece, cousin, etc. who has no experience over someone who isn't a relative with a lot of experience. Blows my mind. Everyone encourages college but then it's jobs like this that make the money you spent for school a waste. It's a shame that they're missing out on good candidates just because they don't know enough people. So political.
