Villas - I fell in love with the Cape May area years ago while on vacation and now live here year round. Spout Off grabbed my attention back then and I continue to be an avid fan. I only suggest that along with a spout, residents should contact the appropriate people in charge to make changes for the better in our roads, properties, safety concerns, etc.
