I don't understand why every dog owner in my neighborhood feels

Villas - I don't understand why every dog owner in my neighborhood feels compelled to let their dog do their business on my lawn. I don't own a dog and I don't let my kids play football in their yard. They have a yard. Why don't they try walking their dog around their house a few times instead of making my kids step in what they don't clean up?
