I don't necessarily understand the logic in the leaf schedule, b

Villas - I don't necessarily understand the logic in the leaf schedule, but if people are willing to use the brown bags for leaves, what is the issue? They can take a box cutter to cut the bag open if there is a concern for branches, bottles or other debris in them. Otherwise, the entire bag can be composted. It would keep the areas neater and not having the piles blowing around. Maybe there is a larger issue with the bags that I am not aware of.
