I don’t know if Batman is the name I would call the Mustang driv

Villas - I don’t know if Batman is the name I would call the Mustang driver in the Villas but clearly he is a threat to our community. I have called the police about him speeding numerous times after he almost hit my son. I have videos of him speeding down our street, You can hear him racing all over the Villas. Why can’t the police find him? Just follow the noise.
