I completely agree with the Villas spouter who stated that crime

Villas - I completely agree with the Villas spouter who stated that crime is going up because people are not involved in their community. This past year, I tried to organize a neighborhood watch for the area, and I had zero responses of interest. People will complain, but won't give an hour of their time to patrol an area and report what they're seeing. Either become part of the solution, or stop complaining. You can't be lazy and expect things to turn around.
