Manufacturers of these AR-type weapons should mitigate coming civil actions against them by designing their own retro-fit, fixed, limited-capacity magazines to replace the ones currently making massacres in the civilian sector easy to perpetrate. Civilian owners of these war-type guns must be willing to sacrifice the convenience of not having to periodically reload their weapons for the safety of all. Turn in these scourges to public safety, which are these high-capacity magazines for safer alternatives via vouchers.
