Villas - I agree with the SpoutOff,with the Lower Township SlumLoads.I,ve lived here all my life.My neighborhood is ruined,in the Villas.taken over many years ago.It started small,then it was a full blowed cancer.With no one willing to help.Endless calls to the LT Police,Code Officers,Animal Control.The list goes on and on.We are so sad but we are moving out,leaving the State of New Jersey all together.The good people are being chased out by the bad.The Cancer is growing more and more by the day
