Villas - How many people in Lower, Middle, and Upper townships have had their car impounded (not through committing a crime, and not because you were driving without insurance, etc.) just because the police made a decision that your car had been abandoned? How many people have had to sign over the title to their car which was towed and impounded without any due process such as a police sticker because you simply could not pay the storage fees to get your car out of "jail?" I am interested to know how often this happens in a county already very economically depressed.
