Villas - How long do you think it will take the citizens of the Red States to realize that when the federal government turns responsibility for programs such as Meals on Wheels back over to the states, they will no longer be getting the 3:1 return on their tax dollars. The other states will no longer be helping to subsidize Red States’ programs.
