Villas - Homes that are nowhere near worth what they're asking for are being put on the market for outrageous prices. In the next couple of years, I plan on starting a family and will need a larger home, but how am I going to afford one if they want close to $200,000-plus for these broken-down homes that need a ton of work? When is something going to change? I hate to say it, but I'm worried for the future if it's going to keep going at this rate.
