Has anyone considered that we don't need tougher gun laws at all

Villas - Has anyone considered that we don't need tougher gun laws at all? We need "ignorant teenager laws." It was teenagers who committed murder in public schools and teenagers have been mobilized to argue for stricter gun laws, even to the point of banning all firearms. How many of these teenagers have a grasp of American history as it really happened? How many can read either the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence in their original, elegant, cursive format?
