Villas - Freeholders approved a $175,000 increase for the architect firm to work on the old Kmart building, a 30 percent increase from the previously approved contract that was "not to exceed $569,156" back in February. How can they be that far off in their estimates in just a period of one month? Anyone paying attention would see the pattern of freeholders overpaying and lack of due diligence in spending our tax dollars.
