Villas - First of all Cape May read the spout correctly, I lived in Cape May which I stated it was Cape May, for 20 years. This was about 2nd owners. I dealt with a lot of 2nd owners, who are very nice. I live in the Villas now in a new built home, not Mc Mansion. I am talking about people in general you cannot judge everyone the same, whether they live here full time or summer. Cape May has to get their act together on allowing certain buildings to be built. Where is the historical society to stop some of it, money talks!
