The truth is he spent $182.8 billion. It was spent on US companies paying US workers who then pay U.S. taxes. The company CEOs should also pay taxes and do unless they cheat like Trump (2015, 2016, 2017 -$750 yearly, 2020– $1500). Trump said it’s Ukraine’s fault Putin invaded, repeating Putin’s lie. Zelensky went to NATO and the US only after Putin invaded. To me it looks like the real gov. waste and fraud is in the Whitehouse.
