Villas - During World War ll, some states decided on one rear license plate to conserve metal. It's time to have every state mandate front and rear plates. This would be helpful in many driving scenarios. I am also amazed by the lack of identifying address numbers on homes (and businesses). In an emergency, those numbers will save lives.
