Villas - Do the people of Cape May County really want to allow our government to spend $37.4 million to incarcerate more people and allow other counties to join in? If you haven't been on Route 9 there is a methadone clinic that is starting to look like a homeless shelter - instead of helping our community, we are helping destroy our fellow friends and neighbors. To ice the cake, we are going to start to arrest more teens and young adults than building a future for them.
