That Del Haven spouter so happy that a neighbor cut down his tre

Villas - That Del Haven spouter so happy that a neighbor cut down his tree over the street made me think, how about the neighbors' trees hanging over my yard...or the dead ones on their side just waiting to fall on my side, or the huge ones that no one will even attempt to cut down...probably not even the tree people. Question is, if they fall on my side, am I responsible?
